Personal Training

AXLR8 offers personal training in South Austin, in your home, or at any other designated place that may be convenient for you. Personal training sessions are 1 hour in length and offer individualized programs based on the client’s needs. Before beginning personal training sessions with AXLR8 Fitness, clients are highly encouraged to make an appointment with Fitness Institute of Texas (FIT) at the University of Texas for a fitness test. Boot Camps

Do you enjoy high intensity, outdoor workouts with friends and in a group setting? Try a boot camp! You get the group together, and we’ll help you and your group meet your fitness needs. A minimum of 5 people required. Email AXLR8@gmail.com for more details.

Group Fitness

Group fitness is growing in popularity among fitness and health enthusiasts.  Not only does it provide a new form of motivation and competition, but also is more cost effective.  If you are interested in getting a group together for you and your friends or coworkers, please email AXLR8@gmail.com.  A minimum of 2 people required.
